Generating a Job Description with AI

During Job Creation

  1. Navigate to Jobs in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Create Job or the + button to start a new job posting.
  3. Enter the Job Title (e.g., "Senior Software Engineer").
  4. Look for the AI Generate option in the job description editor.
  5. Click Generate with AI.
  6. The AI will produce a comprehensive job description including:
    • Role overview / About the role
    • Key responsibilities

  7. Review the generated content and edit as needed.
  8. Click Save or continue with the job creation flow.
