SmoothHiring automatically distributes your job postings across a comprehensive network of job boards, maximizing your reach without requiring you to post individually on each platform. This guide provides a complete reference to every job board in the SmoothHiring distribution network.

How Distribution Works

When you post a job through SmoothHiring and select a posting bundle, the distribution process is fully automated:

1. Immediate direct posting — Your job is immediately posted to Tier 1 platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, USAJobs, Adzuna, MyJobHelper, Craigslist, and LinkedIn)
2. Syndication — From these Tier 1 boards, your job is automatically reposted across 50+ additional platforms
3. Link tracking — Once your job is live, you can view the direct links to each active posting in the Job Links tab of your Job Summary panel
4. Rolling updates — Job board links are updated on a rolling basis as platforms process your posting

Note: Link availability varies by platform. Some boards process new listings within minutes, while others may take up to 24–48 hours.

Viewing Your Job Board Links

To see where your job is currently posted:

1. Go to Jobs in the left sidebar
2. Click on an active job to expand the Job Summary panel
3. Navigate to the Job Links tab
4. View the table showing each job board name and its live URL

Each link opens in a new browser tab so you can verify your posting's appearance on that platform.

Job Board Requirements

To ensure your posting is accepted and displayed properly across all platforms, make sure your job meets these requirements:

1. Complete job title — Standard, searchable job titles work best across all platforms
2. Full location information — City, state/province, and postal/zip code
3. Job description — A well-written, formatted description (minimum 100 characters)
4. Employment type — Required by most job boards for proper categorization
5. Company information — Your company profile should be complete in SmoothHiring settings

Troubleshooting Distribution

If your job doesn't appear on a specific board:

• Check timing — Some platforms take 24–48 hours to process new listings
• Verify job links — Check the Job Links tab in your Job Summary for confirmed postings
