Apps

This page is for managers. Waiting attendance requests are on Approvals, then Attendance. They include Work From Home and On Duty. Mark each one Approved or Rejected.

  1. Open Approvals in the employee portal. The page says Requests waiting on you.
  2. Choose Attendance. The tab includes a count when someone is waiting.
  3. Read the row. It shows the person, the dates, and the reason, with Waiting.
  4. Open Waiting and choose Approved or Rejected.

What you should see

Each waiting row is one request. The reason on the row is Work From Home or On Duty. Waiting is the current mark.

After you choose Approved, the notice is Attendance request approved and that row leaves the waiting list. After Rejected, the notice is Attendance request rejected.

Leave and Shift claims are the other tabs on this page. Attendance is its own list.

If something looks wrong

If you do not see Approvals, this portal is the employee view. Ask someone who reviews requests to open Approvals.

If the page says No attendance waiting, nobody is waiting. See When nobody is waiting.

Approving a request records the attendance reason. It does not create pay.

See Work from home, On duty, Approve attendance, and Reject attendance.
