Kivo lives in HR. It is the assistant in the sidebar. There is no separate Kivo settings screen.
Company, account, and scheduling settings stay under Settings. Changing a name, a logo, or a schedule rule happens there, not inside a Kivo chat.
Open Kivo
- In HR, choose Kivo in the sidebar.
- You should see the assistant, with the line “Ask about people, time off, schedules, and hiring.”
How to ask it to show a page or save a roster draft is on Kivo.
Open company settings
- In HR, choose Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
- You should land on Account Information, with tabs across the top, including Account Information, Company Details, and Scheduling.
What each of those tabs contains is on Company settings.
If something looks wrong
If Kivo is missing from the sidebar, refresh HR and look again beside HR and Desktop. A settings change you expected from a chat will still be under Settings, because Kivo does not replace that screen.
