Performance is the home for goals, review cycles, feedback, and 1:1s. HR admins open it from Performance Hub under Performance.
The page title is Performance. The subtitle reads Goals, review cycles, continuous feedback, and 1:1s.
What you see
Five counts sit across the top. Each one opens its list:
- Active goals opens Goals
- Reviews in progress opens Appraisals
- Feedback opens Employee Performance Feedbacks
- Review cycles opens Appraisal Cycles
- Upcoming 1:1s opens 1:1 Meetings
Active review cycles lists cycles that are still open. Each row shows the cycle name, start date, end date, and status. View opens that cycle. Launch creates appraisals for the matching employees. A success message names the cycle and how many appraisals were created and how many were skipped. If launch fails, the message is Failed to launch cycle and no appraisals are added.
When there are no cycles, the panel says No active cycles and links Create an appraisal cycle.
Goal progress lists recently updated goals, each with a percent. Open a goal name to edit it. When there are no goals, the panel says No goals yet and links Create the first goal.
Continuous feedback shows recent notes. Open a note to see the full feedback record. When the list is empty, it tells you to use Give feedback.
Performance toolkit links to the lists you use to set this up:
- Goals & OKRs — individual and team objectives
- Appraisals — self and manager reviews
- Appraisal cycles — batch review periods
- Appraisal templates — reusable review forms
- KRAs & skills — key result areas and competencies
- 1:1 meetings — manager check-ins and agendas
Start from here
New goal opens a blank goal. Give feedback opens a short form: For employee, Reviewer (optional), and Feedback. Submit saves it and shows Feedback submitted. Cancel closes the form without saving. If the employee or the note is missing, the form stays open and says Select an employee and enter feedback.
You can also open Performance from search. Give Feedback and New Goal are quick actions there.
On an employee
Open the employee, then Connections. Under Performance, Goals, Appraisals, and 1:1 meetings list that person’s records. + starts a new one for them. The caption reads Everything linked to this person. Open a line to see the records, or use + to add one. If the panel cannot load, it says Could not load connections.
