At SmoothHiring, we focus on making it easy for small businesses to find and hire the best people. We get asked all the time why we don’t intentionally call on big businesses to use our easy hiring product.

Certainly some large companies do use SmoothHiring, but the funny thing we’ve discovered is there’s really no upside to making something “easy” in large companies. Hmmm.
