-Not sure about being the first or the only. I worked for The Hiring Kit / Iscopia Software of Montreal in 2011-2012; it had psychometric surveys in addition to job templates, etc. The Resumator of Pittsburgh has been around for at least that long. You guys should adjust your boilerplate accordingly.
