We took a completely fresh look at how to make hiring even faster and easier, and we’re super excited about the results! Check out the video below to get the highlights, then keep reading for all the details.
Easily Organize All Your Jobs
The first thing you’ll notice when you log in is our new and improved dashboard.
If you hire for lots of roles, it can get pretty confusing to keep track of everything. So we totally revamped the dashboard to put your active jobs front and center. You can sort them by name or by hiring date.
Your expired and draft jobs are also easily accessible but kept separate so you can focus on the roles that you’re hiring for right now.
See Job Performance at a Glance
The new jobs list also lets you easily take a “sneak peak” at any job without having to leave the page.
Click on any job to instantly see the number of applicants by fit type and then quickly access all the job-management tools.
Make an Applicant Shortlist in Seconds
Gone are the days of flipping through stacks of resumes! ClearFit lets you easily filter your applicants by fit type so you can zero in on those who have the experience, qualifications, and personality you’re looking for.
Start with the best fits then work your way down to build a shortlist of people to follow up with. Then go enjoy all the hours you’ve saved!
Use “Baseball Cards” to Build Your Dream Team
Employers told us they wanted an easy way to quickly see the most important information about an applicant without having to read a whole resume. So we built Applicant Baseball Cards.
Click on any applicant to open their card. You’ll see key stats like qualifications, personality fingerprint, and more — all in a single view!
You can instantly see whether someone meets your requirements, and only then do you need to view their full profile.
Deep Dive into Powerful Profiles
Now you can quickly learn more about your applicants with amazing new profile pages.
Easily view details about the applicant’s personality, interest, and work motivations, and access their full resume. You can also save, share, and print the full PDF report, including personalized interview questions.
Keep Track of Everything with Hiring Stages
Say goodbye to sticky notes! Now you can effortlessly categorize all your applicants to keep track of who you’ve called, who you’ve interviewed, and who you still need to follow up with. Seeing all the applicants in every stage is a snap, so you’ll never need to take notes or keep a complicated spreadsheet to manage your hiring.
Share Comments within Your Team
Our new commenting functionality lets you leave notes about applicants, visible either from the baseball card or full profile view. This way you can easily share notes with your team to hire collaboratively, or just remind yourself what you liked or didn’t like about an applicant. No need to re-read the resume!
And so much more…
Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. We’ve added lots more features like:
Easily copy a job you’ve created in the past when creating a new job
Entice applicants to apply for your job by customizing the invite message ClearFit sends on your behalf
When you download the PDF report, the file is now named after the applicant, not a number!
We’d love to show you everything!
Truth be told, there’s so many cool things in this release that no blog post could do it justice. So just fill out the form below, and one of our Hiring Coaches will get in touch to give you a complete tour for free.
Starting today, ClearFit now offers the ability to purchase multiple Hiring Bundles in one transaction and use them any time.
This feature can save you lots of time, since all you need to do to start hiring is push a button and use one of your prepaid credits. You can also save money by purchasing multiple hires at once.
How It Works
Talk to your Hiring Coach about your hiring plans. (If you don’t have a Hiring Coach, not to worry; you’ll get one when you sign up.)
Your coach will put together a customized package based on your needs and send you an invoice.
Pay in one lump sum, by credit card or cheque.
Credits for your bundles appear in your ClearFit account.
Instead of buying a new bundle, just use your credits when you need to hire.
Another reason we created this feature is that many customers told us they preferred to be invoiced for multiple hires instead of paying for each hire separately, as it created less work for their accounting team. So let your accountant/finance person know about this option — they might take you out for lunch!
That’s it for now. Let us know in the comments what you think! Would buying multiple Hiring Bundles at once be useful for you?

SCORE (out of ten for each category): About the organization – 7 About the job – 8 Rewards – 3 Overall (out of 30) – 18
ANALYSIS:
Not the most captivating job description is it? It features the basic elements that are needed, but more information and details would be helpful. The organization has only given one sentence about itself and it fails to engage applicants reading the advertisement. The information about the job is adequate enough to allow applicants to get an idea of the position and the duties.
The main issue here is that the description does not show how the applicant can benefit — the challenges the job presents, the goals, etc. The position already feels mundane from just reading the description. A targeted and persuasive sales pitch is needed to attract applicants, especially since the rewards offered are not all that appealing.

SCORE (out of ten for each category): About the organization – 8 About the job – 10 Rewards – 8 Overall (out of 30) – 28
ANALYSIS:
This job description is similar to the majority of call center rep job descriptions advertised — a brief overview of the company, a responsibilities section, and then a qualification section. This description in particular is one of the better examples. The company is well known and the information they have provided is general, but it could be enhanced with more specific information about the actual office environment for this position.
While the rewards given are enough to attract applicants, the organization could have mentioned more nonfinancial benefits, such as training, work environment, and advancement opportunities.
The job description lists the practical duties and responsibilities, making it easy to understand. Though given the reputation of this organization, the lack of enticements omitted from the advertisement should not deter too many professional candidates. Overall, this advertisement should succeed in gaining a large pool of applicants.

The organization does not provide much information about their actual operations; however, their enthusiasm for customer service fills this gap and will draw further interest.

This job description just screams: “Will take anyone that is not a criminal and not on drugs.” It will most likely attract people that are desperate for a job — any job. No information is provided about the organization and there is nothing that will entice professional call center reps to apply. And that is fine, if that is what this organization is looking for, because the lack of detail, information, and thought is off-putting.
The Results
The Wrap Up
The job descriptions that we have covered today show the wide range of advertisements that are being used. We can see that what separates the advertisements that work well is language that engages and captivates the interested candidates to apply — without this the advertisement suffers.
Call center job descriptions need to play to the professions strengths — the ability to manage self, manage work, and work with others. Talented call center reps have high levels of stress tolerance, organization, consideration for others, service orientation, and an openness to take leadership. Use these as a guide to attract a call center rep for your organization.
