HR keeps four hiring records: a job opening, an applicant, an offer, and an interview. Day-to-day hiring also lives in the hiring product. These screens are the HR copies of those records.

## Open the records

1. In HR, open the Recruitment section in the sidebar.
2. You should see **Job Opening**, **Job Applicant**, **Job Offer**, and **Interview**.

## What each record is for

- A job opening is the role you are hiring for: title, department, vacancies, and status. See [Job openings](/hrms/recruitment/job-opening).
- An applicant is a person tied to an opening, with contact details and a status. See [Applicants](/hrms/recruitment/job-applicant).
- An offer is the offer for one applicant, including terms and whether they accepted. See [Offers](/hrms/recruitment/job-offer).
- An interview is one scheduled conversation with an applicant, including interviewers and feedback. See [Interviews](/hrms/recruitment/interview).

## If something looks wrong

If Recruitment is missing, refresh HR and scroll the sidebar. Choosing a name that is not one of those four links will not open these records. Posting a job and running the day-to-day pipeline stays in the hiring product.
