# Sign-in and security

Sign-in settings for your own account are under **Settings**, then **Password & Security**. The page says “Change your password, set up two-step verification, and view your last login info.”

1. Open **Change Password**.
2. Enter the current password in Enter Current Password. Enter the new password in Enter New Password and again in Confirm New Password.
3. Click **Change Password**.

On **Two Step Verification**, click **Add Security Question** or **Email me the Code**. The second option says “Get the Security Code to the registered Email.”

**Last Login Info** shows Last IP Address, Last Login at, Latitude, Longitude, and Device.

## What you should see

While the password is changing, the page says “Changing password,” then shows the success message from the save. A check appears on **Two Step Verification** when a security question or email code is on.

On HR home, a warning beside your name means two-step authentication is not on.

## If something looks wrong

“Passwords don't match!” appears under Confirm New Password when the two new passwords differ. **Change Password** stays unavailable until the current password is filled and the new password passes the checks shown under Enter New Password.

If neither method is on, **Two Step Verification** says “Two-Step Authentication removed. Your account/data may be vulnerable.” Click **Add Security Question** or **Email me the Code**.

**Remove Two Step Authentication** turns both methods off. It appears only when one of them is already on.
